A few quick things:

1. Coordinators, I updated the email distribution to include new emails from your registration form.  Please check with your coaches to see if they have received this email and let me know of anyone else (and their emails) that you would like me to add to the list.

2.  Season Kick off Meeting will be next Thursday, August 20th, at 7:30 PM.  I will share a meeting invite on Monday with dial in information and Agenda.  It would make sense to have at least one person from each school on the call, as well as any new coaches so they can get a season overview and have a chance to ask any questions.

3. Draft Schedules – I plan on getting a draft of Schedules out to the league over the weekend.  I'd ask you not to upload things to team snap or share with players/parents yet as this is a draft. Instead, double check the information for your teams and make sure that the times and days look correct.  I'd ask for any issues to be brought to my attention by the end of day Monday.  On Tuesday I will then get out a final schedule that can be shared with players.  I did my best to accommodate all of the black out requests that I could.  If new dates have been added to your blackout requests or if I couldn't make the requested ones work, coaches will need to check with opposing coaches next week about reschedules and let me and the ref coordinators know of any changes.  

4. Coach Contact List – I will also circulate a draft of the Coach Contact List.  there are still a lot of TBD's throughout, once you can get me that information I will update the list.  I will circulate a revised list on Tuesday so any changes that I can make by then I will.  After that I will take the changes as they come in but will only recirculate the list every two weeks as needed.  Otherwise you will get approximately 17 different versions sent and inevitably we will forget which one is the current one.  If coach information is not in the list and you need to contact that team for information or a reschedule, please contact that school's soccer coordinator in the interim (that information will also be on the contact list.
