For those that have games scheduled tomorrow, Sunday, September 20.  Throughout our region there is a good chance of rain today and tomorrow.  For those on turf fields, remember, we can play in rain, just not lightning.  For those on grass fields, please check the playability of your fields early on to determine if they are safe to play or not.  That determination should be made at least 3 hours prior to kick off.  If a game is being cancelled you will need to notify the coach and coordinator of the opposing team as well as the refs-  For PIAA refs at JV/V Co-ed that is Russ, for PIAA refs for developmental and all girls, that is Chuck, for developmental and all girls refs that the school is providing, we defer to you to notify.  For Russ and Chuck, reminder that within 48 hours of the game time (we are in that time frame), notices to Russ and Chuck should be both emailed and texted to ensure that they get it (their contact info is in the contact).  Failure to follow the above cancellation notices will likely result in you having to pay for the refs if they show up, even if no game is being played.
